Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions

• Company: Goa Trip Deals, a travel service provider based in Goa, India.
• Customer: Any individual or entity booking or using our services.
• Services: Includes tour packages, beach activities (e.g., water sports, shacks), transportation, accommodation, guided tours, and other travel-related services in Goa.
• Website: www.goatripdeals.com (or any official platform operated by the Company).

2. Booking and Payment

Booking Confirmation: Bookings are subject to availability and confirmed only upon receipt of the required payment or deposit. A booking is confirmed when we issue a written confirmation via email or WhatsApp.

Payment Terms:

• A non-refundable deposit or full payment is required at booking.
• The balance must be paid by the due date in the booking confirmation. Non-payment may result in cancellation without refund.
• Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, credit/debit card, or cash. All payments include applicable taxes and transaction fees.

Pricing: Prices are in INR and subject to change. Packages include only listed services; extras are not included.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

3.1 Cancellation by Customer

• Notify cancellations via email to goatripsdeals@gmail.com or WhatsApp to 9236714400.
• More than 30 days before departure: Full refund minus deposit.
• 15–30 days before departure: 50% refund.
• Less than 15 days: No refund.
• Same-day cancellations: No refund under any circumstances.
• Third-party services may have stricter policies.

3.2 Cancellation by Goa Trip Deals: We may cancel due to unforeseen events. Alternatives or full refunds will be offered.

3.3 No-Show Policy: No refund for no-shows without prior notice.

4. Changes in Bookings

4.1 Changes by Customer: Requests must be in writing and may incur charges. Changes within 15 days may be treated as cancellations.

4.2 Changes by Goa Trip Deals: We may adjust itineraries due to weather or availability. Alternatives or partial refunds may be offered.

5–14. Additional Terms

• Travel Documents: Valid ID and permits required. Non-Indian citizens must have visas.
• Health & Safety: Disclose medical conditions. Follow safety briefings. Comply with local laws.
• Liability: We are not liable for third-party issues. Customers are responsible for behavior and belongings.
• Insurance: Strongly recommended. We are not liable for uninsured losses.
• Force Majeure: No liability for disruptions beyond our control.
• Complaints: Report during trip to 9236714400. Submit written complaints within 7 days.
• Privacy: Data collected per India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
• Intellectual Property: All content is owned by Goa Paradise Trips. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
• Amendments: Terms may change without notice. Latest version is on our website.
